Position: ECM Administrator IBM FileNet
Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer, monitor, and maintain the IBM FileNet ECM Platform.
- Perform installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and environment maintenance activities.
- Manage users, groups, roles, and access permissions across the FileNet environment.
- Monitor system health, performance, and repository availability.
- Troubleshoot platform, application, and content repository issues.
- Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management activities within agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with OEM/vendor support teams for issue resolution and escalation.
- Perform backup, recovery, and preventive maintenance activities as per FMS scope.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, operational reports, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Required Skills:





- 5+ years of experience in IBM FileNet ECM Administration.
- Hands-on experience with IBM FileNet P8, Content Engine, and Process Engine.
- Solid experience in administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of FileNet platforms.
- Knowledge of WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss application servers.
- Experience with Oracle/DB2/SQL Server databases.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows environments.
- Strong incident management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in Managed Services/FMS environments.
- Exposure to ITIL-based support processes.
- Experience coordinating with OEM support and handling escalations.
