Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager Indirect Taxation Litigation with strong expertise in GST, Customs, and related indirect taxes. The role involves handling compliance, litigation, and departmental matters, along with managing tax filings and advisory in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage GST, Customs, and indirect tax compliance

- Ensure timely filing of returns (monthly, quarterly, annual)

- Handle tax audits, assessments, and departmental visits

- Draft replies to notices, show-cause notices, and other communications

- Manage litigation, including appeals and representation before authorities

- Coordinate with consultants and advise on tax implications





- Identify risks and ensure adherence to statutory requirements

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of GST, Customs, and indirect tax laws

- Experience in litigation, drafting notices, and handling departmental queries

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently

- Strong communication and coordination skills

Eligibility

- CA preferred

- Experience in compliance, litigation, and tax filings
