Role & responsibilities

- Provide application support for internal and client-facing systems
- Monitor applications, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution
- Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Write and optimize SQL queries (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE)
- Support database operations including data extraction, validation, and reporting
- Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements
- Maintain proper documentation for issues, solutions, and processes
- Ensure system performance, availability, and reliability
- Provide user support and training when required
- Work in shifts if needed to support business operations

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
- 2–4 years of experience in Application Support / SQL Support (Freshers can apply)
- Solid knowledge of SQL and database concepts
- Good understanding of software applications and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent Hindi speaking skills (mandatory) along with basic English communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Good communication and coordination skills
