Job Description

Client Support Activities:

- Handling client queries related to:

- Trading accounts

- Demat accounts

- Ledger and holdings

- Margin and fund balances

- Payouts and settlements

- Providing support through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

- Assisting clients in login, password reset, and platform-related issues.

- Resolving complaints and escalating critical matters to concerned departments.

Stock Broking Support:

- Assisting clients in Equity, Debt, and other market segment activities.

- Supporting clients for order-related queries and trade confirmations.

- Coordination with dealers and RMS teams regarding trading issues.

- Guiding clients regarding contract notes, margin statements, and ledger reports.





Skills and Knowledge

- Solid knowledge of Trading & Demat Account Operations

- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills

- Attention to Detail and Accuracy in Client Support Activities

- Problem-Solving & Complaint Resolution Skills
