Position: UK Taxation

Location: Chandkheda, Ahmedabad

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (1st, 3rd & 5th Saturdays Off)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated UK Taxation Associate / Senior Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UK accounting and taxation, with the ability to manage client accounts, prepare statutory filings, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain clients' books of accounts, including:
- Sales invoice processing
- Purchase invoice processing
- Recording administrative expenses
- Bank reconciliations

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly management accounts as per client requirements.
- Prepare and file VAT returns accurately within statutory deadlines.
- Review and analyze the General Ledger, pass reclassification entries, and perform year-end adjustments for finalization of accounts.
- Prepare and file statutory accounts with HMRC and Companies House.
- Process payroll and maintain employee timesheets for UK clients.
- Prepare and file Self-Assessment Tax Returns as per client requirements.




- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve queries and ensure timely delivery of work with high accuracy.
- Manage multiple client assignments while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong ownership of assigned tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 1- 4 years of relevant experience in UK Accounting/Finalization and Taxation.
- Sound knowledge of UK accounting principles and compliance requirements.
- Experience in VAT, Self-Assessment Tax Returns, payroll processing, and year-end finalization will be preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team environment.
