- Supervise and support the maintenance and engineering team.
- Lead preventive maintenance activities and reduce equipment downtime.
- Maintain automated production equipment, including Panasonic welding robots, MIG/TIG welding machines, SPMs, CNC benders, and press machines.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, and robotic systems.
- Program and troubleshoot Panasonic robots and Mitsubishi Q-Series/FX-Series PLCs.
- Maintain utility equipment such as air compressors, cooling towers, air conditioning systems, ACBs, and VCBs.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) of machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and work logs using the engineering database/CMMS.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire prevention standards while training and mentoring maintenance staff.
