Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor E-Beam machines during production.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and timely delivery.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain production records.
- Review dosimetry reports and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Investigate production deviations and support corrective actions.
- Ensure workplace safety, conduct safety inspections, and maintain 5S standards.
- Train operators and deploy manpower effectively.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to maximize equipment uptime.

Engineer / Executive Engineer (Production)

Department: Production (E-Beam Section)
Location: Gujarat (Halol)
Reports To: Section Head

Job Purpose

Manage E-Beam production operations, support maintenance activities, and ensure secure, efficient, and high-quality production.

Experience & Qualification

- B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 23 years of experience in Electron Beam Cross-Linking operations (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply)
- Knowledge of MS Office, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S
- Familiarity with XL-PO, XL-PE, and other cross-linking insulation materials
- Basic knowledge of IMS systems
- RSO Certification is preferred but not mandatory
