Key Responsibilities

- Manage enterprise network infrastructure across multiple locations, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewalls, Switches, Routers, CCTV, and Internet connectivity.
- Ensure high network uptime, performance, security, and SLA compliance.
- Monitor network health and proactively resolve infrastructure issues.
- Support enterprise clients with network setup, VLANs, Static IPs, firewall rules, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Manage firewall policies, security standards, patching, and compliance.
- Lead critical incident resolution, RCA, and service restoration.
- Coordinate with ISPs, OEMs, and technology vendors.
- Oversee recent site network deployment, validation, documentation, and handover.
- Lead and mentor the Network Operations team while driving operational excellence.

Experience

- 812 years in Network Infrastructure / IT Operations.
- Experience managing multi-location enterprise networks.
- Hands-on expertise in Firewalls, WAN, Wi-Fi, ISP management, and Network Operations.
- Team management experience is mandatory

Preferred

- Experience in coworking, managed offices, hospitality, retail, or other multi-site operations environments.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent.
