Role & responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical panels, hard wiring, relay logic, sensors, and actuators.
Support in modifications and upgrades of electrical circuits to improve equipment reliability and safety.
Basic troubleshooting and program modifications in PLC systems (Mitsubishi, Siemens).
Maintenance, parameter setting, and fault analysis of VFDs and servo drives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, automation, production) to minimize downtime.
Maintain proper documentation of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams, maintenance logs, and spare parts.
Solid knowledge of electrical panel hard wiring and circuit troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience in relay logic design, testing, and implementation.
Understanding of Kaizen, TPM, 5S methodologies in plant maintenance.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of BIW equipment (robots, conveyors, welding machines, fixtures, etc.).
