Job Summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Commercial Executive to support commercial operations, customer order management, invoicing, contract administration, and coordination between sales, finance, supply chain, and customers. The ideal candidate should possess robust commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in handling commercial documentation and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Operations

- Process customer purchase orders and ensure timely order execution.
- Verify pricing, commercial terms, taxes, and contractual requirements.

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and commercial documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.

Required Experience

- 2-5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Excel, Sales Coordination, Order Management, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Commercial Administration.
