Job Description :

- Must have ability to drive safety culture across the organization

- Proven ability to develop and enforce safety policies tailored to solar construction and operations.

- Hands-on experience conducting safety inspections and audits on solar project sites.

- Experience in investigating safety risks, hazards, incidents and implementing corrective measures to prevent recurrence.

- Expertise in designing and delivering safety training programs, including new hire orientation and emergency preparedness

- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans tailored to solar projects, including emergency response protocols.

- Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments for activities like working at heights, electrical installations, and heavy equipment operations.

- Ensure adherence to OSHA standards, local regulations, and company safety policies through regular audits and inspections.

- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety violations, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.





- Ensure the availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and other safety tools

- Establish and test emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and first-aid readiness.

- Monitor safety compliance of contractors and third-party vendors working in office.

- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, audits, and compliance checks to identify gaps and improvements
