Roles and Responsibilities

Technical Support

Provide technical support to end users through phone email and in-person support

Hardware and Software Troubleshooting

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues relating to laptops desktops printers and other office peripherals

Active Directory Support

Manage Active Directory user accounts including creating editing disabling and deleting accounts

Assist users with login logout password and access related issues

Infrastructure Support

Work with team members to resolve more complex infrastructure issues involving network connectivity server maintenance and remote access

Ticket Management

Document all incidents service requests and technical issues using the ticketing system

Track progress provide updates and ensure issues are resolved within agreed service levels

Desired Candidate Profile





Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in an IT service desk environment providing desktop support services

Technical Knowledge

Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems including Windows 10

Experience with Active Directory administration including creating editing and deleting user accounts

Good understanding of Outlook configuration email client setup and general Microsoft 365 support

Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills with the ability to support users at different levels within the organisation

Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients in a professional manner
