Job Description :

- Prepare detailed BOQ costing for supply and execution separately.

- Perform rate analysis for modules, inverters, MMS structures, DC/AC cables, transformers, VCBs, and HT panels.

- Prepare tender costing sheets with margin and overhead calculations.

- Compare vendor quotations and conduct techno-commercial evaluations.

- Monitor project budgets against actual costs.

- Evaluate procurement costs and coordinate with vendors.

- Estimate costs for DCR and Non-DCR components.

- Prepare Project Cost Tracker, Procurement Tracker, and PO Tracker.

- Generate Budget vs. Actual MIS reports.

- Monitor monthly project costs and margin analysis.

- Validate ERP data and coordinate with SCM, Projects, and Accounts teams.

- Understand solar plant layouts and single-line diagrams (SLDs).

- Perform DC stringing and cable calculations.

- Estimate costs for SCB/SMB/ICOG panels and transformer yards.

- Prepare costing for civil BOQs,



including trenches, foundations, yards, and fencing.

- Track market rates for HT and LT materials.

- Apply basic knowledge of PVSyst for project estimation.

Skills :

- LAdvanced MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting)

- ERP knowledge preferred

- Basic AutoCAD understanding preferred

- Power BI (Optional but preferred)

- Solid analytical & market rate awareness

- Negotiation support capability

- Good coordination & communication skills

- Deadline-oriented & result-driven approach
