Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to manage and optimize Supply Chain Operations for our US-based client. This role requires hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and coordination with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain and operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers
- Work closely with US clients to ensure seamless operations
- Optimize workflows and recommend data-driven improvements
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams for process execution and delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Experience in Data Analysis / MIS / Reporting / Operations Analytics
- Knowledge of Supply Chain / Logistics / Inventory Management
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Ability to working in US Shift
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
Preferred Background
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Data Analysis / Operations / KPO/BPO
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Engineering, or related field
- Exposure to US clients / international processes is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
