The Trainer L&D; is responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality, scalable training programs. This individual will lead training efforts, ensure training effectiveness, and serve as a subject matter expert in data annotation and AI/ML training methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

Training Needs Analysis:

Conduct thorough training needs assessments (TNA) in consultation with project managers and process owners

Curriculum Development:

Design and develop high-impact, engaging training content and manuals, including e-learning modules, workshops, and performance support tools.

Training Delivery and Facilitation:

Lead and facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions for a variety of audiences, from new hires to experienced employees.

Serve as the primary trainer for critical or complex AI/ML-related topics.

Innovative Training Solutions (Gen AI Exposure):

Incorporate modern training methodologies, including the use of Generative AI tools, to create innovative and interactive learning experiences. Leverage AI to assist in content creation, develop intelligent learning paths, and build dynamic training simulations.

Trainer Leadership and Mentorship:

Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Moderators, helping them develop their facilitation and instructional design skills.

Oversee and ensure the quality of training delivered by the training team. Training Evaluation and Impact Assessment:

Establish and implement robust methods for evaluating the effectiveness and ROI of training programs.





Analyze employee performance data to ensure training is meeting business needs and driving desired outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with managers and process owners to ensure training is aligned with operational goals and productivity targets.

Maintain effective communication with team members, management, and training vendors.

L&D; Administration:

Assist in managing the training budget and selecting external training vendors.

Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) to schedule, track, and report on training activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Instructional Design Certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in training and development, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful training programs.
- Prior experience in the AI, Machine Learning, or data annotation industry is highly valued.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Robust presentation and facilitation skills.
- Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills, particularly in relation to performance bottlenecks.
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiar with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Exposure to Generative AI tools for learning content development.
