Description of Job:

We are seeking a skilled IT Executive with 57 years of experience to manage enterprise IT infrastructure, provide end-user support, and ensuring smooth network operations. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in network management and IT support services.

Key responsibilities will be

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.

2. Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and applications.

4. Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

5. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/Linux) and enterprise applications.

6. Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance.

7. Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery processes are in place.

8. Maintain IT documentation, asset records, and user access controls.

9. Provide support for email systems, VPN, and remote connectivity.

10. Assist in IT projects and upgrades.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
- Hands-on experience with network devices (Cisco/MikroTik/HP etc.).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience in end-user support in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Technical Qualification (Optional): ITIL, CCNA, MCSA or equivalent Server Certification preferred.
