Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Consulting

- Conduct stakeholder consultations, workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with client departments and project teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and digitization.
- Prepare and manage Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, use cases, process flows, and business rules.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for development teams.
- Support solution design and validate alignment with business and project objectives.

Project Management & Governance

- Support Project Management Office (PMO) activities for large-scale e-Governance and digital transformation projects.
- Assist in project planning, progress monitoring, issue tracking, risk management, and reporting.
- Ensure project deliverables are aligned to defined timelines, scope, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
- Facilitate coordination among government stakeholders, implementation agencies, system integrators, and technical teams.

Process Mapping & Transformation





- Conduct As-Is and To-Be process assessments.
- Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs, and process improvement recommendations.
- Support business process re-engineering initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and citizen service delivery.

Technology & System Implementation

- Work closely with architecture, development, testing, and deployment teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support implementation of project management software, workflow systems, and digital platforms.
- Participate in solution reviews, UAT planning, testing activities, defect management, and deployment readiness assessments.
- Ensure business requirements are adequately addressed through system functionality.

Stakeholder Management

- Interface with government officials, department heads, project sponsors, and technical teams.
- Prepare presentations, reports, status updates, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
- Facilitate decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
