Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage labor resources effectively to minimize delays and optimize productivity.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies throughout the construction process.

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential problems and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve project outcomes.

- Oversee construction activities on site to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction/civil construction/site engineering).

- Building Construction Experience in Central Government Projects preferred.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.

- Robust knowledge of civil engineering principles, including supervision techniques for various types of construction projects.
