We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced TPM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and practices, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Roles and Responsibility
- Implement and maintain TPM principles and practices across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with TPM standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on TPM principles and practices.
Job Requirements
