- Talent Acquisition Strategy: Building a robust sourcing engine for SMT Operators, Quality Engineers, and Supply Chain specialists
- Statutory & Customer Audits: Leading HR readiness for ISO, RBA (Responsible Business Alliance), and Tier-1 global customer audits
- Performance & Rewards: Designing and implementing KRA-based appraisal systems and productivity-linked incentive (PLI) schemes for the shop floor
- Labor Relations: Managing contract labor agencies, ensuring ethical practices, and maintaining a proactive grievance redressal mechanism
- Training & Development: Overseeing the "Skill Matrix" for the plant, ensuring multi skilling of operators to reduce production bottlenecksBudgeting & Cost Control: Managing the annual HR budget, including manpower costs, training spends, and employee welfare
Experience Required
- Industry Expertise:
Mandatory 8-10 years of experience in an EMS/Electronics Manufacturing workplace
- Leadership Gravitas: The ability to influence both the boardroom and the shop floor
- Conflict Resolution: A calm, decisive approach to handling industrial disputes or disciplinary issues
- Analytical Mindset: Using HR metrics (Attrition, Absenteeism, Cost-per-hire) to drive business decisions
Qualification:
- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or MSW from a reputed institute
- Experience: 8-12 years of core HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity within an EMS plant
- Legal Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of Gujarat Labor Laws, Factory Rules, and Compliance frameworks
- Mandatory: EMS (Electronics) background
