About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to manage production planning, material planning, and scheduling activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely delivery of customer orders. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills and experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
- Plan and monitor raw material requirements.
- Develop line-wise production schedules to optimize manufacturing capacity.
- Coordinate dispatch planning to ensure timely deliveries.
- Ensure customer orders are delivered on schedule.
- Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain team for timely availability of materials.
- Monitor production progress and resolve planning-related issues.
- Improve production efficiency through effective planning and scheduling.
- Maintain production planning records and generate planning reports.

Required Qualifications





- BE/Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- BE in Mechanical Engineering will be preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in production planning or manufacturing planning.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Excellent planning and work management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Technical knowledge of engineering and manufacturing components.
- Energetic, self-driven, and result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including Production, Stores, and Supply Chain.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Kalol, Gandhinagar, Mehsana, or Chandkheda will be preferred.
- Age: 25-30 years.
- Male candidates preferred as per the hiring requirement
