Job Title: Recruiter ORS UK(Non IT Recruitment)

Reports to Job Title: Team Leader/ Assistant Operations Manager

Shift Timings:
Rotational shifts with start times between 11:30 AM and 4:00 PM IST.
Working hours: 9 hours per day.
Saturday and Sunday are working day In exchange employees receive two weekdays off in Weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit blue-collar candidates for UK-based requirements.
• Conduct candidate screening and coordinate the recruitment process.
• Complete compliance and documentation checks as per client requirements.
• Support bookings and placement activities when required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and clients.
• Demonstrate flexibility in handling Recruitment, Compliance,



and Bookings responsibilities based on business needs.

Candidate Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with candidates and clients professionally.
• Flexible to work rotational shifts and adapt to changing business requirements.
• Willingness to learn and work across Recruitment, Compliance, and Bookings functions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree. (For recent under-graduates: They should have all the semesters original mark

sheets. No active backlogs)
