We are looking for Upstream & Downstream Process Specialist for our Biosimilar manufacturing facility based out of Ahmedabad. We will be conducting Walk-in Interviews soon for the roles.

Following are the Details of the Job.

- Education: Life science Graduate / Postgraduate (M.Sc./B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech (Biotechnology/Microbiology)
- Total Years of Experience: 4 - 10 Years
- Job Location: Ahmedabad

Departments are as follows:

Upstream

- Responsible for Upstream Process for Mammalian Cell culture.
- Should have exposure on various Cell Culture techniques , Single use Bio reactors and Perfusion Technology
- QMS, Qualification and validation of equipment in the initial stage and then responsible for Batch manufacturing.

Downstream

- Responsible for Downstream Process for Mammalian Cell culture.




- Should have exposure to Protein purification Techniques.
- Handling of AKTA Chromatography systems (AKTA Process & AKTA Pilot).
- Performed Column Packing & Column Qualification.
- Executed chromatographic column packing and operated AKTA process systems, optimizing batch and shift planning to meet production targets.
- Current Equipment introduction & Suite Requalification.
- Preparation of QRM, change control, SOP preparation, Vendor and CFT follow up for Introduction and Requalification of AKTA system.

Candidate Details

- The candidate should have worked in Biosimilars Upstream production (Mammalian Culture)/ Downstream Production for atleast 4 Years.
- Exposure to Regulatory Audit is Must.
- Should be aware of QMS Documentation.
- The candidate should have good communication skills.
