Role & responsibilities

- Develop and implement techno-commercial strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the precast manufacturing, construction and infrastructure related industries
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in precast manufacturing and construction sectors
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies for Precast Industry, aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish strategic partnerships with Precast technology and suppliers.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Precast Industry related procurement and supply chain operations.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with key suppliers and technology partners.
- Analyse spend data,



identify cost-saving opportunities, and develop cost optimization strategies for procurement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to procurement, including those specific to industry.
- Lead the procurement planning and execution for Precast Manufacturing and projects from the ground up.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and source all required equipment, supplies, and services.
- prepare and present techno-commercial reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to all relevant standards and guidelines
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with techno-commercial aspects of the industry
