Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Consulting which encompasses all aspects like analysis, implementation, and training of the end users in primarily Dynamics NAV/BC. Performing business and process analysis.
- Performing business requirements analysis and documentation.
- Documenting as-is and to-be within accurate and detailed scoping documents.
- Developing data conversion and Test scripts.
- Providing Quality Assurance & necessary documentation of the same.
- Acting as a point of contact and liaising with developers and clients.
- Providing pre-go-live and post-go-live end-user support.
Basic Qualification: Graduation
Knowledge and Experience
- 3+ years experience in Dynamics NAV/BC consulting,.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft dynamics NAV/BC.
- Experience of providing Pre-Sales Demonstrations
- Experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics NAV /BC
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC modules
- Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.

- Highly confident with providing support and training to users
