- Identify and onboard potential partners through proactive outreach, networking events, and relationship-building.
- Conduct partner training on mutual funds, Credit AIFs, and Gift City products to drive distribution volumes.
- Manage partner performance, track leads from SMEs/HNIs, and facilitate conversions via digital platform demos.
- Resolve partner queries, ensure KYC/compliance, and report on pipeline growth to senior management.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing partners to increase business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements

- 5-7 years of experience in sales/distribution for financial products.
- AMFI certification for MFDs is required.
- Possess strong knowledge of financial products and services.




- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Experience working with digital platforms and facilitating conversions is preferred.
