Role & responsibilities

- Experience in Designing, planning and scheduling of public/private building projects
- Scheduling and monitoring of multiple tasks to meet timelines & aesthetic of buildings
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of team
- Excellent verbal, Coordination, and written communication skills
- Reaching and understanding Shop/house/apartment drawings, preliminary & definitive drawings, GFC drawings etc
- Prepare - Maintain the various trackers for design basis reports & drawings for the architectural submission from contractor agencies
- Identify project Architectural specific risks & report with mitigation plan/ measures
- Create variance reports at various stages of the project to analyse deviations in architectural drawings submission from contractor
- Prepare required presentations for project progress & review meetings with client & contractors on architectural concepts of buildings in project
- Ensure optimal utilization of all standard tools and processes




- Perform regular analysis of submissions from contractor
- Coordination with client and Execution team
- See and execute the work execution as per Aesthetic & architectural point of view
- Suggest & workout the architectural & finishes details
- Excellent coordination with Structural Engineer, execution engineers, staff of project stockholder for effective job execution

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-3 years of experience with architectural terminology and design processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and cloud-based storage (Dropbox, Google Drive).
- Experience AutoCAD, Revit or related is desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architect
