Key Responsibilities

SAP SD Functional Support

- Configure and support SAP SD module in ECC
- Handle end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle:
- Inquiry Quotation Sales Order Delivery Billing Payment

- Work closely with business teams to gather and implement requirements

System Configuration

- Configure key SD components:
- Pricing procedures
- Sales document types
- Billing and delivery processes
- Output determination

- Maintain master data:

- Customer master
- Material master (SD views)
- Pricing conditions

Integration Management

- Manage integration with other SAP modules:
- MM (Materials Management) for inventory & procurement
- FI (Finance) – for billing and accounting




- PP (Production Planning) – for order fulfillment

- Ensure smooth data flow across modules

Support & Troubleshooting

- Provide L2/L3 support
- Resolve issues related to:
- Sales orders
- Pricing errors
- Delivery blocks
- Billing inconsistencies

- Root cause analysis and issue resolution within SLA

Reports & Enhancements

- Work with ABAP team for custom developments:
- Reports
- User exits / BADIs
- Enhancements

- Support report generation and business analytics

Testing & Documentation

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
- Prepare functional specifications and documentation
