Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for senior management positions, including sourcing candidates through various channels.

- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top performers in the industry.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.

- Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and other due diligence processes to ensure candidate quality.

- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-18 years of experience in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related field with expertise in Talent Acquisition (TA).

- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution with specialization in HR/Industrial Relations.

- Proven track record of success in end-to-end recruitment of senior management positions.
