Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and social media platforms.
- Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and operations team for hiring requirements.
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities.
- Manage employee engagement and retention activities.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and attendance-related concerns.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reports.
- Ensure smooth HR operations and policy compliance.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment / HRBP role.
- BPO hiring experience preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR operations.
