Role & responsibilities

- Patient interaction, guidance and counselling primarily on the financial aspect as per the advised treatment by the doctor
- Being the single point of contact for patients who are advised to undergo IVF treatment from counselling till treatment taken
- Ensuring regular follow ups with patients for the next visit and giving appointment reminders one day prior to patient visits
- As part of counselling on financial aspects detailing clearly the cost involved in the treatment journey and ensuring patient signed records of financial counselling given
- Preparing and maintaining data records of patient consulted as well counselled for treatment and the patient feedbacks on the follow ups




- Keeping patients updated about any upcoming offer or promotions rolled out by the company from time to time
- Closely working with doctors on patient hand holding and engagement and reporting to senior doctors the follow up status of the patients
- Conducting and coordinating patient support group meetings when necessary

Preferred candidate profile

1 to 5 years of clinical or patient-facing experience

Prior experience in healthcare, IVF, or patient counselling roles is preferred

Familiarity with patient management systems and CRM tools is an advantage
