- Manage IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Oversee software asset management, including licensing, inventory tracking, and disposal procedures.
- Coordinate hardware asset management activities such as procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
- Ensure effective communication between stakeholders on ITSM initiatives and their impact on business operations.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in IT Operations Management or related field.
- Robust understanding of ITIL best practices for service delivery management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar ITOM tools for incident management, problem resolution, change control etc.
