Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Agentic AI Developers with robust expertise in Python backend development, LLM integration, and AI-driven application development

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered solutions, building RAG pipelines, integrating enterprise LLMs into business applications, and deploying scalable AI systems in production environments

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate enterprise LLMs into business applications and workflows
- Build RAG pipelines and connect to internal data sources
- Develop AI agents and workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
- Design and develop backend APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Integrate AI services into web applications and microservices architecture
- Work with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, and similar platforms
- Handle prompt engineering, response optimization, and AI guardrails
- Deploy AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
- Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance standards

Qualifications and Skills:

- 4 to 7 years of experience in Python backend development and AI engineering
- Strong expertise in Python programming and API development
- Hands-on experience with LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and embeddings
- Experience in building and deploying production-grade applications




- Familiarity with microservices architecture and cloud deployment
- Knowledge of vector databases and AI orchestration frameworks
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies

Good to Have:

- Experience in banking or financial services domain
- Exposure to agent frameworks and orchestration tools
- Basic frontend or web integration knowledge
- Experience with MLOps tools and AI monitoring solutions
