We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Executive to manage statutory and labour law compliance for factory establishments. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of central and state labour legislations, factory compliance requirements, statutory registrations, inspections, and compliance documentation.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage compliance under the Factories Act and allied labour laws.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as prescribed under applicable laws.
- Prepare, verify, and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Obtain and renew statutory registrations, licences, and approvals.
- Coordinate with clients for collection of compliance data and supporting documents.
- Support labour department inspections, audits, and statutory inquiries.
- Monitor changes in labour laws and communicate compliance requirements.
- Assist in resolving client compliance queries and provide timely support.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust knowledge of statutory and labour law compliance
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- Excellent documentation and record management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
