Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Logistics Executive to manage inventory records, coordinate shipments, monitor stock levels, and ensure smooth logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, positive analytical abilities, and a basic understanding of inventory management and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
- Monitor daily stock movement, inward and outward transactions.
- Coordinate with warehouses, production teams, and vendors for timely material movement.
- Prepare and maintain inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Track shipments and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for transportation and delivery schedules.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory and logistics transactions.
- Support procurement and operations teams in inventory planning.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Fresh graduates with excellent Excel skills and knowledge of inventory management are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Basic Formulas).
- Good understanding of inventory management principles.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP systems (Zoho, SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
- Knowledge of inventory control techniques such as FIFO and stock reconciliation.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and dispatch management.
