Senior Analyst - (Only Market Research)

Location - Mumbai (Hybrid - 3 days a week from office)

Role Summary:
Senior Analyst in the GTT Delivery Team is responsible for leading end-to-end data processing, analysis, and client reporting in a market research environment. The role focuses on generating high-quality insights, ensuring timely project delivery, and mentoring junior team members.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibility Areas

- Data processing, analysis, and report generation
- Adherence to project timelines and ensure high quality output
- Assisting functional team lead in internal administration and project work
- Leading advanced analysis and insights formulation
- Mentoring and training juniors within the team
- Leading internal development projects and process improvement initiatives

Core/personal Competencies :-

Skillsets

- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and SPSS
- Basic statistics and SQL
- Expertise in weighting and balancing of data
- Ability to provide strong and actionable insights on data
- Knowledge of automation/process improvement would be an advantage

Personal competencies

- Strong command of oral and written English




- Strong team player with a potential to lead projects in the future
- Ensure ethical behavior and business practices
- Proactive approach to problem solving
- Detail-oriented with valuable analytical skills
- Strong ability to work independently

Experience and Education

- Bachelors Degree in statistics / mathematics / engineering / computer applications.
- Post-graduation in marketing would be an advantage.
- 3-4 years of experience in market research as Analyst/Senior Analyst would be preferred.
