Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations, ensuring productive use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

- Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting.

- Maintain high levels of visual merchandising throughout the store to create an inviting shopping environment.

- Ensure accurate inventory management, including ordering stock, receiving deliveries, and maintaining stockroom organization.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in luxury retail or related field (luxury sales, showroom management).

- Proven track record in managing teams and driving sales growth.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
