Position: Area Manager Prime Loan Against Property (LAP)

Locations: Andheri (Mumbai), Thane & Bengaluru

Eligibility

- Experience: 5–8 Years
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business growth for the Prime LAP portfolio.
- Manage and strengthen the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel to generate quality business.
- Achieve assigned business targets through effective relationship management with DSAs.
- Identify, onboard, and develop new DSA partners within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
- Maintain portfolio quality and ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
- Track market trends and identify opportunities to expand the business.

Mandatory Requirements





- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Prime Loan Against Property (LAP) sales.
- DSA handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Prime LAP market and channel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role.
