Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Investor Relations

- Lead end-to-end fundraising initiatives for Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) schemes across High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs), Family Offices, Corporate Treasuries, Wealth Management Platforms, Private Banks, Institutional Investors, Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Banks, and Investment Advisors.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies, investor targeting plans, and capital formation initiatives to achieve fundraising objectives for current and existing funds.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with prospective and existing investors, distributors, wealth platforms, institutional allocators, and corporate promoters across domestic and international markets.
- Drive the complete investor lifecycle, including investor outreach, due diligence, onboarding, capital commitments, reporting, and follow-on investments.
- Prepare and deliver compelling investor presentations, Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), pitch books, Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), fund updates, and other investor communication materials.

Deal Origination & Investment Evaluation

- Source and evaluate proprietary and intermediated investment opportunities aligned with the fund's investment strategy across Alternative Investments, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Credit, Asset Management, and Investment Banking.
- Build strong relationships with promoters, founders, investment bankers, advisors, intermediaries, and industry stakeholders to generate quality investment opportunities.




- Conduct investment screening, commercial evaluation, financial analysis, valuation, market research, and due diligence to support investment decisions.
- Prepare investment memorandums, financial models, valuation analyses, and Investment Committee presentations.

Transaction Execution & Portfolio Management

- Lead transaction structuring, valuation, negotiation, and execution while coordinating with legal, tax, compliance, and external advisors.
- Support portfolio monitoring, performance evaluation, value creation initiatives, and exit planning for portfolio investments.
- Work closely with internal investment teams to identify and execute strategic investment opportunities.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations, fund documentation, internal investment policies, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with compliance, legal, trustees, custodians, fund administrators, auditors, and other stakeholders to maintain strong governance standards.
- Oversee investor onboarding processes, regulatory documentation, and compliance with KYC, AML, and due diligence requirements.

Strategic Leadership

- Represent the organization at investor meetings, industry forums, conferences, and networking events to enhance the firm's market presence.
- Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic insights on fundraising trends, private markets, and investor preferences.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth, expand investor networks, and achieve long-term capital raising objectives.
