Roles and Responsibility

- Reach out to potential customers over calls to promote personal loan products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and earn attractive incentives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other sales techniques.
- Meet or exceed sales performance metrics, including number of sales closed and revenue generated.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer support, preferably in a voice process environment.
