Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging short-form UGC content concepts for FMCG brands.
• Analyze reel content and guide influencers on scripting and storytelling.
• Coordinate with influencers and creative teams for video production and campaign execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization strategies.
• Stay updated with influencer marketing trends and competitor activities.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with influencers.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Performance Marketing.
Strong understanding of influencer platforms, trends, and content strategies.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Creative mindset with experience in short-form video content.
