Job Description

The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure productive procurement, production support, inventory control, and distribution. This role focuses on cost optimization, timely delivery, supplier coordination, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with factories and internal teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials and finished goods
- Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock, avoiding shortages and overstocking
- Analyse demand forecasts and align supply plans accordingly
- Track key supply chain KPIs and identify areas for improvement




- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review

Required Skills & Competencies

- Sound knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (reports, data analysis, inventory tracking)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
- Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications (Optional if applicable)

- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in manufacturing or FMCG supply chain operations
