About the Role: - The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, preparing functional documentation, and supporting testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities-
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements through discussions, workshops, and stakeholder interactions.
- Collaborate with business users, product owners, and technical teams to understand business objectives and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Manage stakeholder communication by providing regular project updates, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, and other project documentation.
- Create reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation to support decision-making and project governance.
- Work closely with QA teams to validate business requirements and review test cases.
- Support system integration testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with business users, tracking defects, and ensuring successful resolution.
- Assist in change request management, impact analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
Skills Required: -
- Solid requirement gathering and business analysis skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process documentation.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience supporting Testing and UAT activities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
