Job Title: GRC Product Engineer / Full-Stack Developer

Cyber Sigma Consulting Services LLP is looking for an experienced GRC Product Engineer / Full-Stack Developer to build and enhance the Sigma Assist GRC Platform, an enterprise multi-tenant SaaS solution for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).

Role & responsibilities

- Design and develop secure, scalable GRC modules.
- Build responsive front-end applications using React/Next.js.
- Develop backend services, REST APIs, and database models using Node.js/NestJS and PostgreSQL.
- Implement RBAC, authentication, workflow automation, dashboards, and evidence management.
- Develop integrations with cloud platforms, identity providers, SIEM, HRMS, ticketing systems, and third-party applications.
- Participate in architecture, code reviews, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.




- Contribute to AI-enabled features such as compliance copilots, automated evidence classification, and intelligent control mapping.

Required Skills:

- React.js/Next.js, TypeScript

- PostgreSQL
- Git, Docker, CI/CD
- Multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Secure SDLC, OWASP Top 10, API Security
- Solid problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience with GRC, Audit, ERP, or Workflow platforms
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, or DPDPA
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes
- AI/LLM integration experience is an added advantage

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 4-10 years of enterprise application development experience.
