We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join our team at Arise Facility Solutions in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience maintaining the cleanliness and organization of facilities, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility

- Dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, showers/bathtubs, and sinks to ensure a safe and healthy setting.
- Maintaining a smooth and sanitary kitchen area, including preparing food and beverages.
- Making beds and changing linens to ensure a comfortable living arrangement.
- Washing windows and vacuuming/cleaning carpets and rugs to remove dirt and dust.
- Sorting, washing, loading, and unloading laundry to keep clothes clean and fresh.
- Ironing garments and using cleaning systems with vacuums, mops, and various tools.
- Keeping lavatories stocked with smooth linens, toiletries, and other resources, while also cleaning mirrors and different glass surfaces.
- Emptying trash receptacles and eliminating waste,



as well as steaming and cleaning draperies and washing blinds.
- Tidying up rooms and monitoring cleaning resources, ordering supplies as needed, and reporting any essential upkeep or replacements.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as cleaning equipment and linens.
- Familiarity with cleaning software and technology is an asset.
- Candidates should be able to provide their own transportation to and from work.
