- Maintain accurate records of service requests, inventory management, and warranty claims.

- Coordinate with service engineers and technicians to resolve issues efficiently.
- Fleet Management

- Oversee fleet operations of buses off-road vehicles.
- Track vehicle downtime and ensure quick turnaround for off-road cases.
- Warranty Handling

- Process warranty claims in line with OEM guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of claims and ensure timely reimbursements.

- Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure availability for service requirements..
- Depot-Level Management

- Supervise depot operations including manpower allocation, service scheduling, and compliance.
- Ensure smooth functioning of service processes across multiple depots.
- Team Management

- Conduct training sessions to improve technical and operational skills.
