Business Development Manager/Officers (BDO) Mutual Fund

Experience: 2-6 years in sales of financial products.

Key Requirements:

- Exposure to mutual funds, banking, insurance, or wealth management is preferred.
- Ability to generate leads, acquire customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.
- AMFI/NISM certification.

Educational Qualification (Both Positions)

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM (Marketing, Finance, or related field) preferred.
AMFI/NISM Certification as per regulatory requirements.

Compensation Structure

Business Development Manager (BDM) Mutual Fund
Salary Range: 45,000 55,000 per month

Additional Benefits: Performance-linked variable incentives based on business achievement and target accomplishment.

Business Development Officer (BDO) Mutual Fund
Salary Range: 30,000 35,000 per month
