Location: Chennai and Mumbai

We are looking for passionate and driven fresh graduates to join our technology team. As a Graduate Trainee / Associate Software Engineer, you will receive structured training and hands-on exposure to real-time projects while working with experienced professionals. This role is ideal for candidates eager to build a strong foundation in software development and enterprise technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in training programs and on-the-job learning assignments
- Assist in coding, testing, debugging, and documentation activities
- Work under the guidance of senior developers and project leads
- Follow established coding standards and development best practices
- Support application development, enhancement, and maintenance tasks
- Learn and apply new tools, technologies, and frameworks
- Communicate progress, issues, and learnings effectively within the team

Technical Skills (Any One or More Training Will Be Provided)

- Basic understanding of programming concepts (OOP, data structures)




- Exposure to at least one programming language such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL concepts
- Understanding of web technologies or application development is a plus
- Awareness of cloud, data, AI, ERP, or legacy systems is an added advantage

Preferred Skill Awareness (Not Mandatory)

- .NET / Java / React JS fundamentals
- Data analysis or Python basics
- SAP or ERP academic exposure
- Mainframe or COBOL academic training
- AI / ML basic concepts
- Cloud fundamentals (GCP / AWS / Azure)

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
- Final-year students eligible to apply (subject to successful completion)
