- Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of large-scale Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure high-quality code by implementing best practices in coding standards, testing, and debugging.
- Participate in system architecture discussions to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of systems.
- Mentor junior team members on software engineering principles, design patterns, and object-oriented programming concepts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12-20 years of experience in IT industry with expertise in Java programming language.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Solid understanding of Hibernate/JPA for database interactions.
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs & API Design, Distributed Systems, System Architecture & Solution Design.
