Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

- Lead end-to-end e-commerce programs and strategic initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and operational processes.

E-Commerce Operations

- Oversee website and marketplace performance, ensuring smooth business operations.
- Coordinate with technology, marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and customer service teams.
- Manage platform enhancements, current feature launches, and digital transformation projects.
- Ensure product catalog accuracy, inventory synchronization, and order fulfillment efficiency.

Business Growth & Performance

- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities.
- Develop initiatives to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Monitor key business metrics and create performance dashboards.




- Support revenue growth through strategic campaigns and operational excellence.

Stakeholder Management

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, marketplace partners, and service providers.
- Present project updates, business reviews, and performance reports to senior leadership.

Technology & Digital Innovation

- Partner with IT and product teams for platform upgrades and integrations.
- Ensure effective implementation of e-commerce tools and technologies.
- Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and compliance requirements.
- Maintain program documentation, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
- Monitor project budgets and program ROI.
